Support Our Troops
Pet Hub Animal Rescue Joins Forces with Operation Paperback
During the month of January, Pet Hub Animal Rescue is collecting gently used paperback
books and is sending them to American troops deployed overseas, to military and veterans
hospitals located within the United States, as well as USO centers at US Airport transit points.
Bestsellers, action and spy-novels, murder mysteries, fantasy and science fiction are the
most popular genres requested by our service men and women. Also high on the list are
requests for business and investing books, classics, history (especially military history), and
current event-oriented non-fiction. Pornography or sexually explicit materials are not
accepted and will not be sent to the troops.
Our service members make sacrifices every day for our country. It takes so little to let them
know that we appreciate what they are doing for us. When you donate to Operation
Paperback, you will let our troops know that you support them, and you have not forgotten
them.
